Cross Flow Co was established in November 2019 by Benjamin Grayson, a professional and experienced Winemaker having obtained a Bachelor of Wine Science from Charles Sturt University.

Ben was joined by David Crawford, also a certified winemaker, in September 2024. Together, they operate 2 * Vaslin Bucher machines and can filter parcels as small as 500 litres; however, together they can filter up to 40000 litres in a 24-hour period.

It represents the latest technology and operating system, designed and supported by Bucher Vaslin.

An inbuilt NTU meter constantly maintains the set level of turbidity. Flavy FX and Wine X machines operate at .2 NTU. With an overall result of .4-.45 NTU after filtration.
